All digital products, including licensed WordPress themes and plugins, are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, mistaken purchase, or incompatibility with your setup.
We guarantee that all products provided are original and licensed. If you encounter any issue with the product files, we will work with you to resolve the problem.
Refunds for services are handled on a case-by-case basis, under the following conditions:
Full Refund: If the service has not been started or if we are unable to deliver the service due to technical limitations on our end.
Partial Refund: If the service has been partially completed but not fully delivered due to mutual agreement.
No Refund: If the service has been fully completed or cancelled by the client after work has started.
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible.
